I list all of the materials I use in each piece. I have a nickel allergy; so, the only items I have with nickel are the gold-plated items which are underplated with nickel and some pin stems on brooches. I do have two adopted dogs; so, even though I try very hard to avoid it, there is probably some dog fur contamination.
Shipping and insurance fees are included in the price. Sales tax will be added to purchases shipped to Maryland (6%) and Pennsylvania (6%).

Returns are allowed within two weeks of the arrival date of your product as shown by tracking. A full refund of the purchase price, original shipping cost, and any sales tax is given when the item is received back in the condition in which it was sold.
If your product is defective, please email me at beadartist.gingrich@gmail.com. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. Customer is responsible for return. If insurance is not purchased and package is lost or damaged during return, seller is not responsible.
