I list all of the materials I use in each piece. I have a nickel allergy; so, the only items I have with nickel are the gold-plated items which are underplated with nickel and some pin stems on brooches. I do have two adopted dogs; so, even though I try very hard to avoid it, there is probably some dog fur contamination.
Shipping and Tax Information
Shipping and insurance fees are included in the price. Sales tax will be added to purchases shipped to Maryland (6%) and Pennsylvania (6%).
I accept payment through PayPal.
Returns are allowed within two weeks of the arrival date of your product as shown by tracking. A full refund of the purchase price, original shipping cost, and any sales tax is given when the item is received back in the condition in which it was sold.
If your product is defective, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. Customer is responsible for return. If insurance is not purchased and package is lost or damaged during return, seller is not responsible.
Do you have a store where I can buy in person?
Sadly, no. This may change in the future as I plan to return to gallery representation in the future.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

How long does it take to ship?
I split my time between a house in Maryland and a farm in Pennsylvania. It may take a 7-10 days for shipping. Please email me at email@example.com before you order if you need shipping to be expedited.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
I will send an email with a tracking number when your order is packed. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after that.
What if I make a mistake on my order?

Do you do custom orders?
I do not.
Do you ship outside USA?
Not while a global pandemic is raging.
